About Presentations

I offer a series of classes on energy technologies. These classes are designed for anyone who is interested in energy technologies yet has little or no technical background.

These classes are well suited for college students, regulators, legislators, investors, civic groups, community activists, and anyone among the general public who is curious about energy related topics.

The series of classes are generally based upon the series of books I have published on electrical power technologies, collectively titled “Science of Electricity - Explained Simply”.  The material for the classes will be taken from those books, as well as from additional research not yet published.

The classes meet weekly, from 7:00-8:30 pm. Each week I will present material on a specific area of energy technologies. See the course outlines for topics being discussed each week.

Note that you may choose which classes you would like to attend. I have purposely chosen to make these classes a week by week opportunity for you. Choose the classes you like, based on the topic that interests you or based on dates you can attend. Then simply arrive on that day, and pay your class fee at the door. Of course I would be delighted to have you for every class!!

I also speak to civic groups, legislators, companies, and associations. Please tell me what topic which interests your organization, and I will prepare a presentation which is specially tailored to your group.

My style of teaching is informal and conversational. We will have a good time, yet you will learn quite a bit of information. Students of all ages and backgrounds have enjoyed my teaching style. I know you will enjoy my presentations as well.

Check out the schedule and come to the classes that interest you, or contact me to deliver a presentation for your group. You will enjoy yourself while you learn.
